Payment Structure:

1. The first day of the year is the start of your payment cycle

2. A payment cycle is 4 weeks and 3 days (a month) long

3. We invoice you every cycle and expect the invoice to be paid by the last day of the cycle.

Note:

If you miss a payment or delay a payment penalties will apply.

Class Structure:

1. If you miss a class (without rescheduling) , you will still be charged for the class for:
   - Recordings/Annotations
   - Online resources

2. If you are late to a class, we still charge for the entire session

Note:
It is solely your responsibility to come to class on time when it is scheduled.
